You’re officially booked! We are so excited to have you in the studio and apart of our community! Below you will find all the info you may need to prep for your appointment, along with a reminder of our policies.

PARKING INFO:

Parking is available in the parking garage behind the salon, as well as street parking. We always recommend getting to the salon about 10 minutes early for your first visit so that you can give yourself time to find parking. This video shows exactly how to access the garage behind the salon. If parking in the garage, make sure to go to the entrance where you get a ticket or enter your phone number and bring the ticket inside with you to be validates so your parking is discounted. Street parking is free after 6PM and on weekends, otherwise make sure to pay at the meter or on the FW Park App.

APPOINTMENT PREP:

When preparing for your appointment, make sure to come in with your hair dry and no more than a couple of days dirty. Make note of all the products you have at home (you can take a photo of them) that you use in your routine, so we can help you make sure you are using the products that will help maintain your hair between visits. We will NEVER shame you for that drugstore shampoo, but we will recommend better options so that your investment can last you as long as possible. If you are coming in for a curly hair appointment, make sure to come in with your hair down, dry, and in its natural state so we can see your curl patter.

POLICIES:

  • Appointments require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule.

  • No Show or late cancelations may result in a 50% fee.

  • Arriving late may require adjusting or rescheduling the service.

  • If you are unhappy with your results, you must notify the salon with 14 days of the service for adjustments.
